Firm Achieves Outstanding Recognition for Patent Practice Across Numerous Offices

ATLANTA (June 3) – Kilpatrick announced today that 34 of the Firm's attorneys earned a combined 38 rankings in the areas of Patent Litigation, Patent Prosecution, Patent Transactions, and Post-Grant Proceedings on the 2026 IAM Patent 1000 - The World’s Leading Patent Practitioners (IAM Patent 1000). This represents the most Kilpatrick attorneys ranked by IAM Patent 1000.

The Kilpatrick attorneys named top patent practitioners include:

* Achieved a National Ranking for Post-Grant Proceedings
** Achieved a Gold or Highly Recommended Ranking

Kilpatrick once again earned recognition across a broad geographic footprint, with rankings in the United States: National, China: Foreign, and International categories. The Firm is also ranked in six states, including California, Colorado, Georgia, North Carolina, Texas, and Washington.

Kilpatrick was one of only 16 firms named to the U.S. National: Prosecution category. In the China: Foreign region, the Firm was one of only 20 firms ranked, and in the International band, Kilpatrick was one of the leading 34 firms noted with this global distinction.
